Any Explaination: Britney's team was going to hide out to kill Jen, but as they crept up, saw that Chelsea was already hiding there in the bushes. Britney and Chelsea shot each other at the same time, and are deciding to both be out.

Any Explanation: Swetha, Sam Margulies, and Ashley Thomas followed me to my piano lesson with the intent to kill me. I pulled into my piano teacher's driveway very close to the garage and opened the door. Ashley, Sam, and Swetha were all standing waiting for me to jump out into the garage. I stepped out of the car and squirted Swetha.

Any Explanation: Emily was driving to her piano lessons and we followed her to the house. Emily could not park in the garage because the garage was filled with two cars. Emily tried to park close to the open garage door, but it became clear that she would have to be out in the open in order to enter the garage. Swetha was standing about four feet away from Emily who was in the van. Emily hesitated to come out of her car. Soon she opened the door, with piano books in one hand. She dangled her feet out of the car, and pulled out a very small handheld gun that cannot shoot that far. She took aim at Swetha, but missed. SWETHA REMAINED COMPLETELY DRY. WE EVEN TOOK PICTURES IMMEDIATELY AFTER TO PROVE THIS. Once Emily stepped out of the car, Swetha shot Emily in the legs with a large two-foot long power water gun. Knowing that she died, Emily desperately complained that she was not out. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT SHE SHOT SWETHA FIRST (THOUGH SHE DIDN'T), THE FACT STILL REMAINS THAT HER ARSE WAS STILL IN THE CAR WHEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO SHOOT SWETHA. THEREFORE, HER SHOT WAS INVALID AND EMILY IS DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a rebuttal to a previous comment made by the Water Warriors, I did NOT MISS SWETHA as they stated. I hesitated getting out of my car, which is why I caught them off guard when I shot Swetha. She immediately shot me back, but I had already gotten Swetha. Another point to note is that two of Swetha's teammates, Sam Margulies and Ashley Thomas, had guns with them and were also shooting at me. Because of this, it is also entirely possible that the shot that hit me was fired by someone who was already dead. However, this is irrelevant because I absolutely, positively fired the first shot that hit Swetha in the chest. As for the pictures that they took, Swetha was wearing black, and water spots are not apparent on black fabric. QED.

There's no way that when Ashley Thomas' car blocked and cornered Emily's car and both Emily and her piano teacher knew she was going down that Emily would have the upper hand. Sure, the hand held gun caught us by surprise but we saw it AFTER Swetha fired. Furthermore, about the dead members Sam and Ashley's water guns attacking Emily, well that is in fact BULL SHIT. We only had two water guns and Swetha held the bigger and more powerful one. Sam held the other one but was clearly BEHIND Swetha, as was Ashley, in an effort to warn Swetha from any attacks from other people as we saw Emily talking on the phone and anticipated that she may be calling for backup. Also, it was definitely Swetha's water gun that hit Emily as there was a lot of water on her leg for just one squirt- a feature of Swetha's water gun which sprayed water in SPIRALS. Sam's gun of the moment squirted little and could not even achieve that kind of distance on the first squirt. There's no way that Emily got Swetha on the chest because she only attempted to pull the trigger once. Anyone that has used those tiny water guns knows that it takes like 3 just to get it across 2 feet in a straight line. Emily was about four feet away from Swetha.

Plus, Swetha was wearing a black dress made of mostly synthetic material (Which can be attested to by both witnesses)- which DOES NOT breathe well and will reveal wet spots as there's no way it can evaporate quickly. Also, we took the photos in BROAD DAYLIGHT. We made it a point to get the most amount of light on ourselves as we took the photos.

Finally, remember that Emily Moses' arse was still in her car when she ATTEMPTED to kill Swetha. Therefore, her shot is INVALID.
