About Off Limits

So people have been asking us to put various events off limits and this is making the game not what it is supposed to be.

You should be watching over your back at all times, at the rodeo, going to friends houses, going to the mall, whatever. From now on, there will be no addition to the off limit areas unless a mass majority of the senior assassin players are going, or if Alex, Scott, and I unanimously vote it to be off limits.
