Rules and Regulations

1.
Methods of Use:
water gun, balloons, bucket, hose, Sprinklers, water bottles . If you are hit with any of these methods, you are out.
NO:
PAINTBALL GUNS, ICE, URINE, MILK BLEACH, SODA ECT. ONLY WATER!!!

2.
If you assassinate another player, post your kill in the "Kill Report" forum section. Fill out the form given in the "Regulations to Posting a Kill" thread.
We're relying on the honor code here. We have no tolerance for liars. If you lie and we find out you will be taken out of competition.

3.
Once someone is assassinated, no one else can assassinate them again. 1 person=1 point. Once you are assassinated, you may not kill anyone until the second round (if you qualify) [EDIT]: but you are still in and can play.

4.
Off Limit Places: school property, school events, sports events, senior dinner dance, indoors, garages, work and the Dave Matthews Band concert. You may not assassinate someone from inside, or inside a garage.

5.
Rules about work: When someone is going to and from work they MUST have some sort of white flag (like a t-shirt) to show they are going to work. You must be holding it in your hand. If you are on the way to work or leaving work and get hit and you don't have a white flag, it is your fault and you are out!

6.
Cars: No drive by’s, chases, or anything to do with cars. You can wait for someone in your car, but you have to step out of your car in order to get someone.

To make things clear,

All Montgomery Township Schools are off limits, not just Montgomery High School.

Also:
Pools pretty much act as bases

if you are in a pool: you cannot get anyone, you also cannot get hit

the second you are completely out of the pool, you can both shoot people and be shot at

- you may not splash pool water at someone to get them out
- you may however fill your gun with pool water, no problem there

if the entire team is eliminated before the 2nd round but they still have 4 kills do they still move on or are they done?

they are done. you need to have atleast 1 person left alive and 4 kills
