Any Explaination: Sat behind a wall near the garage for about 40 minutes, Jeff tried to be sneaky and leave really early, he left through the garage with his back to the wall. Water bottle to the back of the burnt-orange button up.

Early this morning, Hannah and Carly crept over to Quentin's house (Carly's neighbor) at around 6:30, and strategically waited for him behind his car and his brother's car. Quentin thought he scared us, but little did he know...

She went to show jayram, when he picked up his gun and promptly nailed her in the back

Any Explaination: Basically, Tim said he was going to pick Dave up as usual. I went around to scare him out because he didn't know I was out, but I failed. He and fish had a massive standoff which resulted in Dave's retreat. At the next draw Dave misfired and Fish hit him pretty clearly. The ambiguity of Dave's misfire was erased with a shirt-check. We were ridiculously late to school.
Witnesses: Tim, Petei guess not, Michael Kibalo, Kid + Mom waiting for the bus down the street.

I'm requesting a draw here, as in neither fish or I die. I snuck around Tim's car, behind which Matt was hiding. I clearly shot at him first (he didn't see me), from about 7 feet away and saw water hit him. After that, Matt fired at me and got me wet... but who died first. I felt Matt's shirt and his chest was a little damp, he claims that it was because his water gun was leaking. I am certain that I hit him at least a little bit. Regarding the wittnesses, Peter wasn't there (way down the street), and Tim Jackson and Mike Kibalo were in the car and couldn't see Matt and I behind Tim's car. I feel that a draw in this situation is more than fair. Keep in mind, Matt will contest this heavily because he is the only team member left on his team.

We should probably move this discussion to problems.

I do not remember you shooting me from 7 feet away, and you didn't say anything about it while we were at your house. I'm assuming you mean you shot before you moved around to the other side of the car, which means what you said about Tim and Mike not being able to see the kill doesn't apply; they would have seen you at this point if you were close enough to shoot at me. Mike is not participating in the game and he never said anything about an earlier kill, or even an earlier shot. He clearly didn't think it was worth mentioning, which makes sense because I learned from our earlier shootout that your gun probably does not have the range to shoot over the car, which you would have had to do to kill me. In fact I would say 7 feet is pretty much at the edge of your range.

After whatever happened then, David moved behind the car, and I stood up and shot and clearly soaked him at about 2 or 3 feet. I know that he fired at me at about the same time, but I felt no water hit me. I immediately pointed this out to him, and he checked my shirt for splash marks. He found that it was a little damp, but I pointed out that the entire shirt was uniformly damp and there were no visibly wet spots. You agreed that this was the case, David. I said that it was probably because my gun had been leaking (yesterday I lost two whole canisters to leakage throughout the course of the day) and it was very humid so the water would not have completely dried.

If David had actually hit me, there would have been an actual splash mark. Instead, my shirt looked completely dry (otherwise he wouldn't have had to check) but felt slightly damp on very close inspection. The only way this could have happened would have been if I had gotten wet earlier and enough of the water had evaporated that the mark was no longer visible. I made it very clear that there was not even a spot the size of a drop of water on my shirt. David was using a conventional Super Soaker type gun, which emits a stream of water, not just a fine mist.

EDIT: I just want to say that David is right about Pete being nowhere near the scene of the kill, but I had nothing to do with that post and I'll tell Pete to edit it.

Story: a dead member of "Zack Attack" grabbed Erika's gun and attempted to wrestle it from her hands. Determined, Erika did not let go of the gun which resulted in the dead member and Erika wrestling for the gun in the church parking lot, at which time Kimby jumped out of the neighboring car and shot Erika in the shoulder.

Only later to find that Dan shot water in Becca's anal canal. When Mike Papsin ran out to find what happened Dan had already killed christine. Making their team (Death4Lyfe) 4 kills 1 death.
